Lately the heat around is sweltering and with it, comes  myriad of problems. Basically anytime there is a change of weather, our dressing by default also gets adjusted. When its cold, we dress up, when it gets hot, we dress down .February was hot,and extended to March  and this means an adjustment in clothing ,just enough to  make our bodies be able to grab  a little of the heat needed to function as well as let of the excess that comes from the environment.
